  The fastest and freshest McDonald's I've ever been in. As well finished ordering at kiosk, staff was coming to us to hand us our cups. As we were pouring our drinks the food was presented. Food was fresh, very hot, most and not dried out from heat lamps. Entire store is very clean which makes the environment appealing to the tired and hungry.

  This place is hit or miss, mainly miss, I'd say you'd pull away with good ( not even great) service 1 out of 10 visits. I work late nights and nothing else is open so I'm forced to go here on my way home. Tonight i ordered a 20 piece and mc chicken and after getting home and relaxing i find i only have a 10 piece. Thwy never answer their phone and its to far a drive back ( about 10 minutes). So if you go here check everything before leaving, if you can even place an order.

  Update: 3/22/18 3:39am Was welcomed and told to wait. 15 minutes have passed and my lunch break is coming to a close. I wish I had just napped instead of driving to TWO different unresponsive McDonalds today. -_- Update: 2/15/18 Best staff on the night shift I have ever see at a McDonald's. Food tasted so fresh. Felt like they went above and beyond on my frappe just by TELLING me they made it extra well and the appearance looked as such. Often sticky and messy but not tonight. 10/5 stars for the night shift!! Post 1: Every order comes incorrectly, is sent to the reserved spots, or OFTEN both. If you order a large frappe you will get a small. If you tell them the last two times you got the wrong size, they will STILL give you a small. If you ask for no mayo, you will still get it. If you pay it for extra lettuce and tomato you will still get the regular amount of lettuce and tomato. it doesn't even matter that it's on the tag on the box and your receipt that you ordered and paid for those items. If you are sent to the reserves and they bring out your order you will have to ask them where your drink is. Only stop if you have time to wait longer than you expect.

  Very fast paced and for a fast food joint in Jacksonville it actually got my order correct. Hooray! I think it took a whole minute to get my meal during the morning Rush after I ordered. And in the first 10 minutes I was sitting down eating I seen an employee sweep the floor 3 times. If any fast food restaurant employees deserved $15/hr this would be it.

  I visited 02 March 2018 during the lunch hour. I encountered extremely friendly staff, the food was very fresh, service was speedy. I don't review often, but this McDonald's was worth a review. when I spoke to the manager, she said that she needed to find people because people had kept calling out of work. If you need a job, apply here! However, be prepared to keep up, this is the most elite McDonald's team I've seen in YEARS. I will be back to this location for sure.
