  This is the only McDonald's in the area. I visit many throughout the western U.S, beside one in Indiana, this consistently performs well on the low end of the spectrum. My take away, is that the management (owner) just does not have it when it comes to running a franchise.

  Inside ordering is disorganized and very confusing. Ordering from the kiosk means that you take several minutes extra to find your wanted items. There is no clear "here or to go" choices. Orders were bagged that were for eat in and put on trays for take away. Also, orders took a very long time to receive. We waited at east 10 minutes for our order. Tables were left unwiped. Staff seemed confused. Several safety concerns were noted.

  Directed to McDonald's management or corporate level staff. Today was the last straw. I've had several visits to this location. Each time, something is missing from my order. Both dining in and drive-thru. I've stood at the register watching others actively asking for help and be ignored. Employees walking by and simply ignoring customers. Customers eating cold food after waiting for sauce, their drink, their fries..I've had enough ! I am willing to have lunch (elsewhere) with a manager or corporate level employee to discuss the problems with this McDonald's. I will pay for my own lunch.

  Very impressed. With out a doubt, best McDonalds I have ever eating at! Super fresh food. Superior customer service. Very clean.

  The burger I ordered was the best. Its called McChicken. It is small but its worth it because it costs only one dollar. Also the service here is pretty quick
