  I had no problems at this location, it was cleaner than most, no code to use restroom, and for my good fairly quickly despite the line at the drive thru and inside. I did witness several other guests not happy with the wait, mostly people who were using the drive thru and the mobile drive up option. One person had audacity to honk until an employee came out to help them. Noise pollution sucks

  They keep hiring people who can’t speak English, which doesn’t do this location any favors since they often are missing items from your order, and when you try to bring up your incorrect order the guy at the window doesn’t know what you’re talking about and has to go hunt down a manager. They keep trying to charge me 25 cents for hot sauce packets other places give out for free.

  I reminded the cashier I wanted Honey Mustard with my chicken nuggets, and when I got home, dipping sauce was sweet and sour, this people do not listen to their customer. They just do what they want. This is the second time that this happened to me. What a waste of money paying this kind of service.

  The drive thru moves quickly, but the inside service is so slow. I went inside because the drive thru was long and the drive thru cleared 2x while I was waiting for my order. It was outrageous. While I was waiting, there also happened to be someone that ordered five 20 piece McNuggets and were only served half so that was an interesting error that they only got 50 of the 100 nuggets they had ordered. It was fixed but since they were inside, it was still time consuming. I haven’t personally had any order errors here.

  Of the many McDonald's I've been to in my life, legitimately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to by far extremely rude staff, adding things to my order that I didn't order, forgot items that I did order, The food itself was terrible, even by McDonald's standards, cold and stale food. If you're in the mood for McDonald's, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different location. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to take a good look at how their restaurant is being run.
