  Got stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes for only a small fry and a burger, with no apologies from staff... it wasn’t even during a lunch or dinner rush. *** the gremlin of a night manager should just go back into whatever meth den she managed to crawl out of. You’d think if you knew the kitchen was backed up you’d tell customers that before ordering... or at least apologize at the window for the wait. Sorry for the inconvenience of asking you to do your job.

  The new system to order is now like how we order at Wawa. But Wawa's ordering tablet is the size of an iPad. At McDonald's it is as tall as you are. The first time I used it, it took me some time, because I really was not familiar with it yet. This is the good side. The opposite side is the cashiers are so much less busier than before, it makes them get distracted, then eyes are not on customers. While it was easier for the employes of McD, it takes more time for customers to adjust. For me, I did not mind, because the main purpose for me to go there is to make it possible for my youngest kid to play at his favorite Play-Place. The food was good. I chose Fillet-o-Fish burger meal. My daughter asked for the M&M shake with whipped cream + cherry on top of it.

  I didn't like how they handle my order. 1) I had to wait for 15 mts to complete my order. 2) I had to ask for a complementary refreshment. 3) After been 10 minutes on the car service line had to wait 5 minutes more to get my food. If you work for a buisness you want the people to come back gave them the respect that you will like to have.

  The employees are great, saints if you will. The customers, eh, not much. A lot of junkies try to hang out here. Use the drive thru if you can. Seriously though, I really like the employees at this McDonalds.

  This used to.be a family establishment but due to open market of pill pushing and drug dealing in general this place is lucky to receive 1 star. Lets weed out the people that have no respect for PAYING customers or anyone for that matter. The most commonly heard phrases are: "Got them zans" "who got caddies?" and the most famous, "you got a dollar or a cigarette?" Its a far cry from what this place used to be. Its a damn shame😤
