  Worst service award ! All I ordered was a damn egg mcMuffin , hash brown , and a sweet tea! I was told to park in front and I literally waited for 20 mins before I went in myself. My order number was 90 . When I came in they were serving 132. Ridiculous!!!!! Had to get my order ready when I walked in and my food was cold ! All I was told was sorry for the wait . They didn’t even have a line when I walked in.

  Bad customer service. Bad food. The staff is very disrespectful and the establishment is dirty. Go somewhere else to eat.

  Sad but it's probably the best place to eat while at the stratosphere. It's standard McDonald's food at a slightly higher price. The service is typical McDonald's style. It beats all other eateries we've been to on our stay simply because they don't charge triple for half the quality.

  Regular prices at casino, WOW, slow service but good to see they don't discriminate against anyone.....
