  I just ordered a sandwich and I waited for more than 25 minutes. After all that waiting, an employee told me that the crispy chicken is not ready, that take longer . I Saw the servers take care more than 10 customers who was ahead of them, and I have to leave whithout getting my order which I paid for it …

  The workers here are very neglectful to the visitors that come in. A lot of times they are too busy making doordash orders but are also ignoring the door dashers that come in, making it hard for them to obtain the order to get to their customer. Unprofessional despite sketchy and dirty location.

  Staff was great but the atmosphere not so much. I grabbed a breakfast burrito and couldn't get out of their fast enough. The dining area was almost entirely homeless people and the restaurant smelled like urine. Ewe.

  See update below, the original review was: My favorite lunch spot in Berkeley! I hope that it is not torn down to make room for more apartments. The city council wants to allow people to live in Berkeley but how can anyone live without McDonalds! 10/16/2022 Haven't eaten there on a regular basis for breakfast and lunch lately, the customer service at this location reflects badly on the McDonald's chain.... No toilet seat cover in the men's restroom for 5 days and no apologies. Stale apple fritters and difficulties when alternative to replace them requested. Hopefully with more people speaking up, customer service will benefit. Contacting the corporation has indeed been received well.

  Got a great deal for free McNuggets through the McDonald’s app and just needed to go to the store for pick up. They remodelled awhile back (I’ve lived in Berkeley for well over 10 years) and it’s really nice inside. They have bar stools by the windows for you to sit or tables as well. There’s a touchscreen kiosk to order inside if you don’t feel like talking to people or you can order at the cashier. I think a manager was helping me with my order but I’m not sure, I didn’t get her name. She was nice and pleasant. I went in around noon on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy at all. Normally I order through this store on DoorDash and those orders have all been 10/10 no issues.
