  Good service and very speedy with the touch screen menus. Always receive a smile and my order has never been wrong this is one of the only McDonald's to accomplish this. PS the McDouble is $1.99 the McDouble with Bacon is $2.00, easy choice there!!

  ZERO STARS NOT AVAILABLE! I regret even having giving you a one star but I have to do that in order to rate your restaurant. I've gone there 3 times within 7 days different hours the most recent this morning. After this morning I will not be returning to this McDonald's. I don't know what it is if they don't speak the language if they can't read or they don't know the product that is being a requested by the consumer. you continue to screw up order And there's no reason why I should explain to you how to do your job when you are all adults in there. It's time management takes a look at the store and find out what the problems are because I am sure I am not the only one who is giving you a bad review or calling your store with a bad complaint. let's keep it real folks, it's back to the drawing board with training and until you do that this fast food restaurant will never be equal or measure up to or measure up to other McDonald's I've been to throughout Phoenix.

  I love the chocolate shake, hold the whip cream please, and nobody comes close to their fries. They only get a 3 star rating from me, because the rest of their menu is just average; kind of like a 3 star rating!

  Mickey D's is Mickey D's... As long as the fries aren't old and neither is the oil they're cooked in it'll be a pleasant experience. The staff seems to always be the same. Most are up beat and smiling and mostly younger. I think Mickey D's is a starting point for us all, a good one at that. If nothing else you learn that customer service requires patience and patience is a virtue.

  Someone wrote that this is one of the cleanest McDonald's? Are they on crack ?? The restroom was FILTHY and smelled of urine. I'm guessing from the homeless people that are allowed to hang out by the front door and in lobby area all day and night. THAT isn't an exaggerated statement either. See for yourself. The franchise manager or corporate manager needs to have more pride in that location. You won't feel comfortable eating there. Avoid this location. Just off 7th st and the I-17 freeway.
