  I went to McDonald’s this morning to order for my family and I. I ordered 3 big breakfast and I wanted to try the new steak egg and cheese bagel and sausage and cheese McMuffin and 1 cinnamon roll and 1 large hot chocolate. At the window I received everything except for my new steak bagel, cinnamon roll and sausage and cheese McMuffin. Ok then i get home to share my hot chocolate and I’m looking at hot milk instead of hot chocolate. Then there’s a small piece of hair on my big breakfast and I don’t have hair. Highly recommend checking everything before leaving and when getting it.

  I was picking up a DoorDash order, and the drive-thru was unavailable, the ice cream machine was down, and I had to wait over two hours to receive my customer's order. The manager was highly disrespectful and non-responsive. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service, and the customer was understandably upset. I hope to never come back to this McDonald's, it's the worst location I've ever encountered. Bless their hearts? I'm speechless.

  Absolutely ridiculous to have someone ring a bell than stand outside in the cold for over 15 min to pick up a delivery order!!! When in fact it says to go through drive thru to get the order to make matters worse the order is ready! While sitting by a trash can!! That’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!

  This is a 24 hour location. Beware if you come here on third shift. Was stuck in the line for 45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me (there is no way out once you order). If you do decide to go, make sure you have cash, they have the slowest credit card batching system known to man and can only take cash when closing out previous day. This is the average level of service you will receive on third shift at this location. Most of the one star reviews on Google is regarding the third shift. They should do themselves a favor, fire the third shift staff and the GM (for allowing it to be this bad for so long) and never open overnight again. If you want a better experience, Western Blvd is only a couple miles away. That one will get you in and out as it should be.

  The staff at the drive-through windows were very nice . Bathroom was clean . The small McDonald's sign is Too Small to clearly see from road , it could cause an accident the way people drive . My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good , slight different in taste then Connecticut .
