::All the attempts to modernize here have failed. They have big self order touch screens with broken payment systems. So you still need to stand in line to pay. We got three happy meals, all three came with no fries, one was missing a toy. A guy next to me waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Plenty of workers running back and forth, but no clear direction.

::I'm in this McDonalds frequently, and the customer service IS AWFUL!!!! most of the employees are young kids probably still in high school, and none of them seem to have any idea what their job entales, meaning they don't seem to UNDERSTAND or KNOW that besides taking orders and making fries and putting meals together (I speak about the employees at the front of the restaurant & drive-thru, not back in the kitchen) that a HUGE PART of their job is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They are always rude, have really bad attitudes, don't know how to greet a customer or say "thank u have a good day" at the end of a transaction, its crazy!!!! They don't even say "good morning/good afternoon what can I get for you" at the beginning of a transaction.... They just literally stand there and wait for you to just start saying your order... And again I'll say this, THEIR ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE!!! not only do they act like they're better you, which is kinda funny if you ask me considering the situation, but they also act like they don't wanna be there, and they have SO many other things to be doing that are WAY MORE IMPORTANT, they roll their eyes if u ask a question or ask for anything, and when they make a mistake, their attitude gets WORSE and they act like its YOUR fault!!!!! The 2 managers I've come across, one Spanish lady named Elizabeth, and a white male, maybe in his late 30's or so, have been VERY good to me and my family when we come in here and have been extremely nice and take care of things the way they should be.... I think they need to STOO hiring these little high school entitled BRATS, and start hiring some REAL people who know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and who ACTUALLY seem to care about their jobs and their performance. Just saying. Other than that this McDonalds has the POTENTIAL to be alot better if their employees learned a thing or 2 about RESPECT....

::Problem with mobile ordering, called and spoke to customer service a hand full of times . They can't handle or just simple have not resolved a simlple matter . Did the email thing and called 1877 number . McDonald is a billion dollar industry I'm sure they can hire the right personal to solve matters of they chose tooooo. Issue was it would not show payment or paid on there end . Showed transaction to McDonald's manager ,loved to my account and had her see it was posted . Response was " well it's on are end and we don't handle resolutions at store level" Again great job McDonald's..... great job .
