  Every time I go into this McDonalds the service is poor they never have what you ask for, the sever and the manager needs to be replace ( Morning Shift). worse McDonald's ever

  Consistently slow drive through service. Doesn’t appear to be well run.

  It's McDonald's. Not amazing, but always pretty consistent. Friendly and helpful staff.

  I do postmates and I understand it's snowing and slow but to close the store down and leave with lights on and no one left to look after the store is RIDICULOUS!!!! I walked passed the store twice the first time was to place the order for my postmates delivery all the doors were locked and no one was in the store I walked to the bus stop, bus didn't come so I decided to walk to the one a block back , as I'm walking past I see three women come in the store they were workers. 3 other people were trying to get in she locked the door and told us it's closed 🙄 I'm a DC native and idc how much snow it is MCDONALD'S IS NEVER CLOSED!! This is ridiculous and I will be calling cooperate about this 🗣🗣

  The service is overall great and fast but i gave them 4 stars because they tend to mess up orders so check them before leaving just yesterday after going swimming at Rose Dale pool around the corner I stopped on our way home to get the kids something to eat I ordered 3 cheeseburgers no pickle no onion and a large fry I didn't check the bag even if i did it wouldn't have mattered i walked all the way home i handed the kids the food i took a bite and wow no meet so i checked my sons no meet they only gave me one cheeseburger the other 2 empty and the fries cold i was so mad i had to walk all the way back but they did compensate me they fixed my order with no problem and gave me a 4 p. Nugget and a small fry point is check everything
