::if they get your order wrong and you cant make it in time to get a refund before they close you're out of luck and money. we went to get food and by the time we got home we realized it was the wrong order, they had already closed. we went back the day after and one of the managers immediately had a negative attitude towards us when we asked politely if we could get a refund/the order remade. we had the receipt on the app and the order itself for proof but the manager said no it had to have been the same day even though i told her there was no way to do that since they had closed. its super easy to do idk it seemed like she just wanted to fight. i used to work at the otay ranch location and we refunded/remade food for customers all the time. mcdonalds doesn't care about any of you anyways idk why they'd ride this hard for a corporation

::Is this a franchise? It's the only reason why I can think this location is so terrible. The drive thru screen has been broken for years and they only have a cardboard menu covering it to make up for it. The menu is also inexplicably incomplete; they will get your order wrong if you order via app and the item is not on THEIR menu. They will get your order wrong -anyway-, especially if trying to fix their mistakes. If it's corporate: This location is low priority AF and it shows. TLDR: Deluxe double quarter pounders with cheese do not exist on the menu at this location. DO NOT try to order one, especially on the app.
