  Terrible service. Don't even have utensils or syrup and butter for my pancakes, no napkins and DON'T HAVE A STRAW FOR MY SPRITE. We're in 2018 , do better.

  Horrible experience. Got my drinks drive away there was a freaking booger with blood on the lid! Like how does that happen!!! It’s nasty and a health violation! I am uploading a photo of it **EDIT** The photo has been uploaded. Wish this hadn’t happened really ruined my experience at McDonald’s. Please review staff cleanliness

  This McDonald's has always been the perfect This is the first time that I have ever had this type of service 5 times today I returned my double hamburger. The restaurant is at least clean. To all my readers and customers of McDonald's. I am not one to change my mind or even do a revise. I'm going against my own rule. Why because you all know it's my goal before I die to make McDonald's #1 again. I love McDonald's for very very special reasons and you guys already know. Below are the reasons of why the changes are being made. 1.A mgr. Ms.lorena had a quest to come in who lost his cell phone and she went into the trash to see if he had thrown it away. She even allowed him to use her phone. Then you see a great manager named Patti is responsible for the team at night and regardless of all problems they have been corrected. I was in there McDonald's when a customer gave a great compliment to Patti and her staff. His name is Sterling. Those in picture are Lorena Sterling, Patti left to right. So therefore I have changed my mind. This McDonald's is now the third business that I say is commercial ready.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I caught the cashier charging me more than my order cost...went inside and confronted the lady that works the window..they quickly corrected my total... something fishy is going on at this location. Wouldn't be surprised if this happens multiples times a night. Btw I was very sincere. But like I said I caught them red handed. I will never come back to this location.

  As far as McDonald's go this location is pretty good. I will leave Wal-Mart and drive to this one for service and quality. They usually get the order right, when they don't it's because they add hot cakes to my big breakfast. I usually only go there for breakfast. Wow McDonald's use to be a lot better as a whole. I wish they tasted like they did when I was a kid.
