  Drive thru service is awful .....the receptionist was rude and unresponsive while placing my order ....No shakes....No tropical slushes and no cookies

  The location is convenient however the service and quality of food is horrible. Now every now and then Sunday's morning I get great service and hot food but during the week is another store. Staff should be retrained on customer service and food preparation to the satisfaction of the customer.

  Never Again. Waited in the drive through line at midnight. Big mistake. I waited a minimum of 30 mins. Worse? The line literally never moved, therefore I drove off and had never received my food! They should fire them all! If it were me. What do they or do they NOT do in there?! Idiots. I work in the middle of the night.

  Horrible. I feel bad for anyone who comes here for lunch time while at work because you won't be able to eat. I placed a mobile order for fries and STILL was in line for 30 minutes. If I hadn't already paid I would've just left. Not to mention the people whom I interacted with who worked there had HORRIBLE attitudes. Smh. Managers aren't doing a good at all. I just want to know what happened to FAST food because if I wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes I can just go to a sit down restaurant.

  People are nice but take a long time on your order and it might not be right
