::I asked for a moment to place my order (ordering for 5 people), then started ordering within a minute, she put an extra of one item on there when we only wanted one, upon telling her that (before being finished ordering) she says a total and to pull up, I said "I'm not done ordering" and she replied rudely "what do you want MA'AM?" We said forget it and left. Horrible customer service. Judging by the other reviews our experience is common.

::I thought people working in customer service were suppose to be friendly. MOST of the employees here certainly did not show me kindness or respect. I came to McDonald's for food not poor attitudes. Perhaps McDonald's Corp should strongly consider RESTAFFING Store#13966 with friendly workers.

::BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE i called to let them know i got the incorrect order something completely different from what i order at uber eats i was asked if i would like to pick up the correct order... I said would u please take my name i cant go right now my kids are sleeping so i can go at a later time and it is 2am...this lady ur supervisor whatever her title may be was very unproffesional and disconnected call...

::Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for one second while I looked over the menu after less then 10 seconds the lady over the speaker yelled "ma'am can I help you order something" being extremely rude.. I started my order and mid order she just cuts me off and finishes my order and tells me to pull up ..... I was in you line for less then 30 seconds McDonald's pardon me for not knowing what exactly I wanted at your restaurant before I even pulled up great customer service you have here

::I have never had such a bad experience with McDonald's! 1: the menu screens do not show your order. 2: I got to the window to pay. Total is $10.70. I give the girl $20.70. It takes he a few minutes and when she returns to the window she gives me $9.90. ???? I try to explain and it's lost on her so I drop it and pull thru, after all it's only $0.10. 2: Food window, I receive a drink. A medium Coke. I had ordered a large Dr Pepper. The girl at the window fixes it. I get my food, my large French fry is a medium French fry. I'm already upset so I decide to just let it go and leave. 3: I get home to eat and my burger HAS NO PATTY! 4: I return for a replacement. I should have checked it before ever leaving. My replacement wasn't even COOKED! Never again.
