  Wow, horrible. They were out of several menu items, (take into consideration that they did just open) and they didn't even top off our iced coffees. Only filled them a little more than 3/4 of the cup, At least give us for what we paid for. I'd give it 0 stars but there isn't an option for that.

  Staff was extremely accommodating to my daughter and I in the play area. Brought us our order when ready and checked on us to make sure we were doing ok.. definitely the BEST McDonalds I have ever been to! Not to mention the cleanest. Thank you so much, will return soon

  Best McDonald's ever!!!! .... Since they redid it recently. Very nice. Very clean. Very fast and friendly service. Kiosks to order yourself or pay with card. Just a better McDonald's.

  (Edit) I previously rated this location at five stars, read that below. What happened? This place used to be great, no longer. Morning waits are much longer than before the renovation, the new morning staff is rude and shows no passion in their work, and it seems like the new building is a magnet for homeless people to congregate. Also please fix the drive thru menu screen to the left, it is out. I suppose this location is undergoing upgrades, I wish they would have said that before it started. I love the ladies in the drive-thru weekday mornings. Always friendly, accurate, and fast! Thank you!

  We ordered two 4 piece chicken strip combos one had a hair in it we literally pulled it out to show the manager. We brought this up to the bald manager in blue. He said none of our workers have long hair and that it might have been a feather oh wow like if that makes it better. He the manager made it a fuss to give us fresh chicken strips just one. He wasn't professional. This is our local McDonald's we always came to before the remodelling. Not expecting this service. Don't know if I would come back. Note: we arrived close to the lobby closing no rush no people waiting. Very disappointed. I hope you contact me.
