  Ghetto and dirty. A lot of homeless people coming up to cars asking for money, NOT food but money and the service is terrible!

  Another. Customer Was. Taking. Forever With Her Order Not. Realizing. That. I. Have. To Catch. The. 5:40 Northbound Q Bus. @ Abby & Blackstone when. It was. My Turn to order it. Was. 5:26. Leaving. Me With. 14 Mins Left. To. Order which. I. Thought was. Very. Unfair I could've missed that bus. And. If. I did. It would. Been A. Extra. 30 min. Wait. For. Another Q. Bus. To. Come. I. Am. Not. Happy. This. At All.

  Service was quick, only problem was I ordered a 4pc Nugget kids meal, and in the box for the nuggets was 2 chocolate chip cookies instead!

  It is a McDonalds they are all the same. This one is easy on and off from the highway 99 freeway. It stays busy and it just happens to be in a not so good area of Fresno. Make sure you lock your car. The food is good and they try and keep it clean.

  I use the drive thru, then go inside to urgently use the restroom... It's locked for Customers Only. They say "You need to buy something first" WHAT? I just did. "No, we have to see you buy something first"... Okay fine, can I please use the restroom first? There's a long line and I need to go now... Next step, MANAGER: "No, you have to buy something in here." I ask if they can make an exception, I promise I will buy something else when I come out and she says NO! I understand the policy for the area, but you can't make an exception? That's putting the dollar before your customers. I will never return here and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
