  Went through the drive thru today....order taker was very pleasant....but....got to the first window to pay and gave the young lady my card and as she swiped it she had her cellphone laying flat on the counter typing something as she looked at my card waiting on the receipt. I hope that she was not taking my debit info but if she was I know where it came from....fries were fantastic.

  Very nice management and employees. I watched a lady make her order wrong and they took the time to get it exactly right and never was insulting or demeaning (even though she changed her mind 3more times.

  Just got 4 drinks. Heavy traffic area. Customer service could be friendlier.

  The best place to go for a quick bite in downtown Nashville late at night. The employees are very friendly and speak clearly and politely over the intercom. I feel confident i can get what i need and get on my way quickly when i stop here. I also like that they do not go to cash only during three middle of the night.

  One of the faster and more consistent fast food places in the area. Seems to be managed well. Breakfast after normal breakfast hours is... Not great. But I kind of expect that from most of them.
