  Horrible ......cashier speaks fast and unclear plus has rude attitude. System of calling out order was like playing bingo .. When food arrived thity minutes later, order was incomplete and omari the worker told me to have patients after waiting thirty minutes for my food plus I am working for a company delivering food so my delivery was extremely late... No customer service no since of urgency plus store had a lack of workers compared to volume of work. Only reason I am giving one star because app is forcing me to rate it. otherwise place needs a serious manager to worker make over

  The line is too long too often. You wait in the line and then have to deal with the workers attitudes. How do you not have ice cream? It's May and it's finally hot. How are you out of chicken strips? Why are you even open? Especially if everybody mad about it... Then signs say that they're open 24 hours but when I called the young man said they closed at 3 am. There's a fly in the buttermilk and I don't plan on returning to this one. You know the food is bad for you but you indulge anyway and they Judy reiterate why you shouldn't. 👎

  Do not go during a shift change. Waited in line in drive thru for over 15 minutes to order just pancakes during breakfast. So I parked and went inside which was no different then the line in drive thru. Inside, I waited even longer even though there were barely any customers waiting. I waited over 25 minutes for my food. I asked an employee why was it taking so long and his reply was “shift change”. But from the outside looking in, there were more than enough people behind the counter to get people in and out in a timely manner. There was no excuse for the long wait times. If the employees were not back there goofing (which is exactly what they were doing) then they probably could have gotten food out faster with less anger customers. After finally receiving my food I began to head back to my car and when I noticed that the car I was behind was just pulling up to the window. So, I had I waited in the drive thru, I would have still been in line waiting to order. I was late to work fooling with them. First and last time at that McDonald’s.

  Why are y'all so freaking slow? You do realize that most fast food restaraunts that serve breakfast put more staff in the am to handle the rush...not this one. Y'all need to do better, I will drive to another part of town for my morning coffee because y'all just too damn slow. Please get it together and stop being a cliche and do better with your wait time, especially in the am.

  I will only visited this McDonald's and I pass 2 that are closer to me. No matter day or night they are friendly. Food is always made correctly. Thanks guys. And I don't even eat McDonald's often. But when I do it has to be here.
