  Stopped at McDonald’s drive-through to try their new bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Wow how disappointed. Chicken was tough bacon was burnt and I’m not sure what happened to the ranch don’t invest not worth it. Go across the street to Chick-fil-A.

  All I ordered was a large fry ... instead of the lady making me a fresh fry, she pulls the fry out of another bag for another order that wasn't sitting under the heat lamp for. idk how long and asks as if she is making me fresh fries and dumps extra extra salt on them as if they were fresh... enough salt to be used to season on your whole entire Thanksgiving dinner...so I got Luke cold fries that were meant for someone else that were extra extra salty .... plus the lady that gave them to me was salty I was confused by the 1st fry and had trust issues with the lady I was already down the highway and just dumped them fries wasted my time , gas , energy, and money. And now I'm late hearing about the passing of an employee and the disrespect put a wall memorial or lil garden up in his honor for him passing at the job and the disrespect of yall opening right back up just after ... just over trifling.

  This location is very convenient. The play area in this McDonald's is great. Unfortunately the staff does not clean the area. The top of the tables, floor under tables, floor around the play area, and bathroom are dirty. A female employee came into clean. She walked around the tables and barely wiped them. She didn't bother to straighten up chairs or clean floors. There are large dust bunnies on the padded floor of the play area. It's really a shame because it is a nice McDonald's. Not overly busy with eat in customers. The young man working the register is friendly. Hope they can clean up.

  Couldn't get waited on. Stood at the register for over 5 minutes and no one would approach us. Made eye contact with who we believe was a manager and she quickly walked away towards the back. No one would even come close enough to the counter to ask for help. Customer service is terrible.

  Could be a nice McDonald’s but I called about the play place, they said the have one but didn’t tell me it was closed until I drove to have lunch with the family. Also as we sat down they brought us someone else order, when they realized they messed up they took the bag and gave it to the correct person… no new meal was made for him and in the era of Covid that’s a little concerning. Finally if you select to eat in-store there are not treys or anything, you get you food in a To go bag and nothing else. Good luck hope your experience is better.
