  That place is clean the people are very polite and I enjoy a cup of coffee and a small sandwich there on a regular basis

  Ordered drive through whenever my girls have events at nearby McKinley and they are really fast, friendly and efficient. This morning was the sweetest surprise where I purchased an egg white delight meal (offer was with any meal purchase) and received a complimentary Mother’s Day rose!! Such a sweet gesture!! One of the other team moms arrived to our tourney with McD’s and I mentioned the rose but the Mililani location she had visited didn’t offer that. Thank you!

  Great, they are always friendly, even though they may be very busy. They are fast to serve. the line, if any, inside, doesn't stay long, as you get washed on promptly. never used the drive through, so can't comment on that.

  Lots of potential with new mobile ordering and touch screen kiosk. At this moment it is hit or miss with those new features. I feel once the whole staff picks up on all their new tech it can be great. Just have to wait and see.

  Very busy and had to wait for about 15 minutes to be served. My crispy chicken tenders were still pink inside. Think the crew need a refresher course in service and cooking. Never have this problem at the Hawaii Kai McDonald's.
