  They never have ice scream . My order is always wrong. Something is always missing. No matter how many times I try to make my order clear they never get it right. It would be nice that at least 1 staff member can speak English . I drive an extra 5 mins to go to another McDonald's .

  Miami’s worst McDonalds!!! The ice cream cup was served not even half way, coffee with no sugar, really bad experience talking to the manager. I went back in to ask if there was any reason why the ice cream was served not even only half way and she took it back and gave a new one with the same exact amount of ice crem, Unbelievable!!! 🙄🙄

  This place has a lack of everything at one point or another. Usually they don't have frappes or ice cream... Like 4 out of 5 times. So don't go unless you have no other one close by. I like micky d's but this place makes it hard to.

  No ice available. Fries were cold. The place looks uninviting. The person calling on numbers has bad attitude. Really bad for customer service. Tables are unstable. They move every time we touch it. I had a seperate order and the same person calling on numbers tells me I didn't order a second order. She skipped it.

  The only reason I come here is beacuse it's in the middle of the city. It's 5 minutes from anywhere you live in little havana. The service is bad, the food is bad, the workers are improperly trained (or don't care, can't blame them). It's usually not clean. During school hours is a nightmare. But the food is cheap, I give that a thumbs up.
