::I ordered multiple egg McGriddles this morning (something they serve on their menu) only to get home about 20 minutes later and realize that none of my sandwiches had anything on them. Called the location and they said I needed the reciept. Gave them all the details from my reciept and they still said I needed to return the food the original location. What are you going to do sell it again? Called the location only to be argued with and hung up on multiple times despite having a valid receipt number and ultimately the employees would not give me contact information for their superiors. Incredibly terrible service. I’ve never written a review for anything else. If I could rate 0 or negative I would.

::So first off it was dirty.. Like Ive seen horse stables cleaner than the floors in there.. Trash all on the tables like nobody cared at all. Stood in line for 10 min as it got longer, so finally they opened 2 other registers.. But the why they directed people was so rude & unprofessional.. The cashiers had so much attitude & they messed up my order as well.. Frankly I wont be going back there again..

::Being a downtown location, they tend to be getting busy with tourists. That is to be expected. I am glad that there are several employees there, but I also understand the importance of having front desk people who are confident and not afraid to talk and interact with guests. A shy timid person on the counter is good for the slow times as they find their footing and their confidence, but when it starts to fill up, trade out with some one who can "bring it up a notch".
