  While pretending to be '4-star', this place is far from it. First the pros: Good location, Great fitness facilities, comfy sheets. Cons: Tiny rooms, terrible customer service, shady business practices including them "not finding" a jacket I forgot in the closet after checkout. They kept avoiding me for the first two days (immediately after checking out) and after finally speaking to the accounting manager, all she could say was "it wasn't turned in to lost and found" and that they've "never had an incident like that in the past". After a quick review of these Google reviews, it is apparent that this is not the case... Don't leave anything behind, they'll steal it.

  Yo attendi una fiesta en el ultimo nivel de el McCarren Hotel y Pool. El servicio fue excellente y me senti muy comoda con la preciosa vista a toda la ciudad. La musica de techno y house estaba buena con differente DJs. La pase muy bien.
