  They don't own up to their mistakes. Want to pass blame instead of taking responsibility. Then management catches an attitude will you call them on it. Don't recommend this location at all.

  I love McAlister's, but this location is mediocre at best. They are only open for a short time, which is fine but they never have enough staff. Wait times are extremely long- we have eaten there a few times and they always mess up or forget something. Sandwiches are often missing meats, veggies, cheese, and sauces. Mac and cheese has been burnt both times we ordered. Not a fan of this location

  Overall the food is ok, Chicken Tortilla soup is awesome. I wish the chili was more like actual chili with beans and a few veggies, not like the kind that you get out of the can for hotdogs.
