  Nice staff. Clean. If you are from out of town, like us, this is located on a college campus with only very limited street parking. Also, limited menu (no PBJ for kids ☹️).

  The food is excellent, but it is often crowded during the lunch hour. The ice tea is great and they have gluten free ans vegetarian options as well as your typical deli menu.

  Eh. The guy taking our orders was more interested in his phone. Didn't have any broccoli cheddar soup or bread for bread bowls. We don't have a McAllister's where we live, so I like going when we can. Probably won't go back if we come back to the area. Our food did taste good, though.

  Not terrible, but not the best ever. They have a decent variety of food, but not so much for vegetarians. I usually get the French Dip which I enjoy very much.

  While traveling, it was nice to find a familiar place to eat at. We didn't realize this was an "Express" McAlister's until we got there. They have a slightly limited menu, & no kids menus. The grilled chicken salad was a generous portion, though served on a paper plate. The staff were personable, friendly, & even held a conversation with us, which was enjoyable. The restaurant & restrooms were well kept, clean, & inviting. I wish I had had a McAlister's on the campuses of the universities I attended.
