  Was told i couldn't get a follow up appointment for another two months after my check up. I called to say I was experiencing a problem and was not helped at all. She told me I shouldn't be experiencing pain so the next appointment was in two months and I have to wait until then to get my issue looked at. When I first went the hygienist told me the Doctor is so caring. So much for that..."caring." During appointments you don't even get much time with the dentist. The hygienist does everything, he only comes in and does a quick look.

  Dr. McLaughlin was recommended to me by work colleagues. He and everyone at his office is very friendly, professional and efficient. I am very happy with every aspect of my dental treatment, and highly recommend this practice. A good dentist is hard to find, and I feel very fortunate and am so glad that I asked my colleagues who they use!
