  I've experienced several of the Personal Trainers and Pilates Teachers at MBS and each experience was really incredible. The amount of expertise amongst the staff is pretty incredible. Most have been training for 15 years or more. You also get discounts at their Yoga studio if you're a member which is awesome. Best local fitness place that I know of.

  Claudia has trained me for seven months and I am delighted! She is always happy and fun and extremely knowledgeable. It is quite a fine experience! The studio is bright and airy with really great equipment.

  Owner is great, the trainer is terrible and more interested in his personal business territory than helping clients.

  Claudia Ramirez is hands down the best sport specific trainer. I have trained with her for over 15 years. She added 10 years to my irons and gave me the stability and mobility I needed to take my golf game to the next level. I refer all my golf students to her and they all have improved rapidly with her help. I golf coach can only do so much with what you have. My students not only improve their golf swing, they get the added benefit of health and improved fitness by Claudia.
