::Bakery is great however customer service is another thing . I asked the lady to cut my pizza after she boxed it so my mom could have a nibble btw my mom has cancer And can hardly eat and omg you would have thought I asked for a million dollars . We went to that particular place because my mom grew up near there and we are tying to spend every minute we can together doing things that make us smile. The attitude was horrible. Thanks a lot Lady

::Mazzones has the best pizza and bread but the pastries went downhill. Not as good as it used to be. Donuts are amazing

::My husband and I grew up with Mazzones, no matter where we live, we drive to Mazzones at least monthly for pizza, bread and other bakery. I always recommend it to people new to the are. This is not typical pizza shop pizza.

::I asked for a specific pastry in the case.... there was a row of about 8 of them & they all looked old & dry except for the one in the front. I asked specifically for that one in the front. I was told. " No. You must take the one from the back as that is our policy " --- I was dumbfounded & in shock. I had never been told I couldn't buy the food product I wanted from a business in the food industry; especially when I didn't want the ones they were offering. So I felt like a child in Kindergarten & said OK reluctantly. I got home & biting into it I almost broke a tooth it was so hard & old. I understand if you tell your employees ' hey, try to take the older product from the back on a regular basis' ...HOWEVER..... if your customer wants a specific pasty in your case for WHATEVER reason & ASKS for it.... it should be given to them . I am the paying customer. How dare you sell me an old crappy hard pasty when I said I didn't want it & force an old one on me. That is NOT how you do business in the food industry. The customer is always right in this case & should be catered to.... I was offended & your food in the end certainly wasn't worth it. It was old & stale; just how it looked. Shame on you for allowing your employee to treat your customers this way. For this reason you lost this customer, I will never be back & I will tell this to everyone I know ...esp. my friends in the food service industry. This is unheard of . Shame on you
