::Straight up, I hate your telephone service. The people are great, sure, but the forever it takes to reach anyone because of the voice system is ridiculous. I actually took another star off while I was writing this because, yet again, any sort of background noise overrides whatever you're trying to say and it either puts you somewhere in the menu you don't want to be, or it just keeps saying, "I'm sorry, I can't quite understand what you're saying." Make the words "Representative" and "Member Adviser" get you to the basic employee so you can actually talk to somebody, or give the caller the option to go touch-tone right off the bat, because let's face it: The odds of me calling you from the comfort of my couch died along with the phones that were connected by landline.

::Inconvenience and a lack of options make dealing with Mazuma a monthly unpleasant chore. I have a car loan through Mazuma Credit Union and the payment options are such that, to make a car payment I must listen to 5-6min of automated answer machine systems and voice prompts( none of which have an option for making a loan payment) just to wait on hold for an actual person to answer. Dealing with that honestly isn't so terrible, but coupled with the fact they charge a $10 "convenience" fee just to make a payment is frankly ridiculous and frustratingly ironic . Of course they have 1 other option, you can have it taken directly out of an account of your choosing automatically which once again isn't so terrible BUT in order to do that you must print off a form they email you, and mail it back to them. I stopped trying that method the 2nd time I mailed the form out and no change was made to my account. there are not any easy or hassle free ways to make a loan payment here and dealing with most of these individuals has been an unpleasant and unrewarding experience.
