  THE BEST WORKOUT OF MY LIFE (and I've tried everything)! I've taken all of MaZi Dance Fitness's classes - from Ballerina Bum Body to Ballerina Fightclub - these heart pumping classes target secondary muscles and have helped me sculpt a long, lean, strong body. The owners and teachers are incredible. They routinely check-in, offering modifications and motivation. There's no dance experience required, and trust me when I say, it's so fun, class flies by.   i came, i saw, i worked out. the classes are awesome, esp zi-cardio. great instructors, great energy, and convenient location. you can tell the quality of the workout because the time flew by.
