::Did a decent job cleaning my garment. When I took it home I realized that the lining was not pressed correctly and it stuck out past the edge of the fabric, thinking it was just a simple mistake and could be easily re-pressed I brought it back. When I showed it to her she explained to me that because the garment is old (it was 2 years old, but whatever) the lining sticks out further, because it is loose and the only way to fix it is to fold it and sew it up at a cost of $10. I agreed, I come back a few days later to pick it up and I want to inspect the work that they did so I looked at it and I see that it was just re-pressed. I asked "where's the stitch you showed me you were going to do?" she said "oh I did it from the inside you can't see it". I pulled the lining out and showed her see it's the same long that it was before and it looks like you just re-pressed it, but she refused to agree, then someone from the back came out and they both ganged up against me so I just left. I'm not an idiot there is no stitch. I have no problem if you make an honest mistake and make amends, but don't take money to fix your mistake and insist its the garments problem (to cover up your mistake) and then not even do what you suggest needs to be fixed. that's just plain dishonest.
