  Went 3 times. Some clothes did not look like they had been cleaned + one item was damaged

  I've gone here for pick up and drop off service, and was pleased with the results. Recently I tried their delivery option. I called to schedule a pick up, they didn't offer a time window, but said they would be here in 20 minutes. I called the following day to see if they had a card on file, they didn't and I supplied one. I reconfirmed the time window they supplied, after 4pm. Perfect. Less than 20 minutes after I supplied my card number, they ring my door. I happened to be home, but when I asked the delivery person why it was delivered now after I confirmed their time slot of "after 4pm" he said that no one told him that. Then I checked my bank statement, saw that it was more than the ticket on my laundry, called again, apparently there was a delivery fee (albeit minor) that was never disclosed. Even with the various mishaps in their delivery service, I still like the quality of the wash and fold, their prices are average for this neighborhood.

  I've had multiple pairs of pants tailored here. I pay close attention to detail and am very satisfied with the results.

  I get consistent service from this cleaner. They are always courteous, and I have never had a problem with pick up and delivery laundry, or dry cleaning.

  My credit card was overcharged a few $ every week or so. I finally picked up on this when 8 lbs of laundry cost me close to $20. The owners are friendly, but check your bank statement closely. This is unethical and NOT ok.
