  Let me preface this with I’ve purchased multiple watches from Mayors in the past and customer service is always nothing less than excellent. I felt very unwelcome in beach attire at this branch, which is unfortunate considering the location is a few blocks from the beach. One representative did attempt to answer questions, but the rest stood by seemingly in awe that someone would step in their store not dressed in anything less than Miami chic. It made me feel uncomfortable, so I left. I’m a new resident of Miami and enjoy collecting watches, but after this experience, I won’t be returning unless their watches are severely discounted.
