::I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible lack of professionalism and no existing customer service. The front office receptionist is rude. Being able to have someone answer your call to make an appointment takes forever. Spent 1.5 hours on hold only to be clicked on and calling again to be placed on hold. Nope not okay. Yet the front office receptionist ignores the fact that people are waiting to speak to her to go gossip. Stay away.

::Made appointment. Came early. Still had to wait for an over an hour for walk ins to be attended to. Just because I'm a man. Taking time off work to check my health and yet get treated unfairly.. use to be a decent place but not anymore. Look elsewhere for better service.(that's the paper you're suppose to lay on? )

::This place is horrible. Very often they will schedule and appointment over the phone for you and when you show up “the appointment is not in the system”. Also, I made the mistake to take my son here. They failed to provide help and guidance when I had concerns of him possibly being autistic. When I finally received a diagnosis from the the regional center, I went to them so they can help me with referrals for therapy. The Doctor (not Cecilia which is the only good doctor there) refused to help me. She said, no no no go to the district and fight them. He’s gonna need a lot of help and even if I summit a request, they will decline it. She told me to go fight the district like 10 times and she said my son would never learn how to read. Guess what? He can read. I removed him from this horrible place and his current pediatrician is amazing. Sometimes I want to go and tell the Doctor to her face that she was wrong. I can only hope she reads this and I hope she never treats anyone the way she treated me that day.

::I have to say that I was extremely disappointed, while the girls in the front are nice, I had to wait almost two hours to see the Doctor whom I never saw. I even had an appointment, I saw no purpose for having made an appointment when I had to wait so long and I was losing money from being off work. This was NO BUENO, I don't know how great the services are but for me personally the wait was extremely annoying. I'm just keeping it 100.

::I go here because it cheap $40 for first time $25 for previous patients. I like the Asian Dr. Best, she actually listens to me. The rest of them don't don't. None of them have ever introduced themselves to me by the way. (I'm trying to be politically correct ) of the two African American Dr.s one of which is Dr. metemoja the other is a lady she talks nice but they're both very condescending. I was having pains in my legs I described as spasms, I'm not a Dr I'm trying to describe my pain in words I know but I'm told I'm wrong. The lady thinks everything has to do with diet. There's a Caucasian lady Dr. Who hasn't treated me yet. They're phone service sucks, the wait is an hour. An walk-ins only in the morning first come first serve.
