  I bought a Groupon for treatment here, there was no availability during the weekend available to book until 1 week past expiry. I contacted Groupon to notify them about this they said the vendor will hold to the agreement if an earlier appointment is not possible. I turn up, and first the lady claims there were plenty of availability, this was just not true and b. She then offers service if I pay the difference of $139. This is the worst experience ever and I would strongly warn anyone from going there.

  I am a regular customer at Maxx Laser and have always received great service. I don't mind driving from Plano for my treatments because Shirley does such a great job!

  My experiences have been great. I was hesitant to have laser performed. However, she informed me of the planning phase, treatment, and post treatment phases. She followed up, as well. I have recommended her to all my friends.
