  I wondered into this place on a hunt for food, and what a happy accident it was. I decided to have a burger, even though the duck confit was calling my name, and I did not regret the decision. This burger did not require a tomato, thus passing the tomato test! A tomato provides moisture to a burger, but a good quality burger should be juicy on its own and shouldn't require the masking tomato. The beer that Ryan suggested paired great with the burger and the overall service was top notch. I look forward to my next visit and that duck confit.

  Excellent service and great food. Worth the little bit higher prices. The fried chicken and jalapeno gravy is awesome. A very nice experience for Sunday brunch on mother's day.

  Arrived about 30 minutes before close, our waitress (ALORA) made it clear that the kitchen closed in 15 minutes (get hot to hurry up and order). She brought waters, asked if we were ready, and took our food orders and left. Didn't ask if we'd like a beverage or appetizer. Returned with food, we had to stop her to ask for a soda, and after taking a bite, also had to ask for a napkin(not the type of customer service I expect from a restaurant that serves $17 sandwiches). A moment later she returned with the bills, and reminded us they closed in 7 minutes (she couldn't tell time because it was actually 11 minutes until close). Wasn't given the option for a after dinner drink or dessert. I'd give the food a 10, it was DELICIOUS, service a ZERO.. Never felt so rushed.

  I found this place randomly while touring downtown Austin. Not disappointed at all in anything about this place. Cool music, the best collard greens I've ever tasted and a young cool staff! Only thing that I didn't appreciate was not having enough time to taste everything!!!!

  Really great find: we loved that we could make a reservation through OpenTable, so we did mot have to wait at all when we arrived, the waiter was very entertaining but knowledgeable at the same time (he amazingly described every dish we were interested in, for us). The food came fast and we loved the cheese platter appetizer. Now my pot pie looked fantastic but it tasted a little like something I would do at home. I mean it was good, but I guess I expected something a little more sophisticated from a restaurant...The dessert was delicious, I just think it could have been amazing if they would serve the brownies warm with the ice cream in between. The drinks were great - good wine collection. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner and yes, would go back to try other dishes!
