  I've been a loyal customer of Maximum Tuning for about 4 years. I've always received great service and my car was always fixed in a timely manner. They are truly one of the best shops in the area. One of the best things is they pick up and drop off my car at my house when needed. They also have all the special equipment to work on my Mercedes! Thanks guys!

  I had many many jobs done at this shop and regret being a loyal and trusting customer here. After I brought my car to another mechanic shop, I found out that I was charged for many jobs that was not performed. This other mechanic pointed out that all parts that I was charged as 'Brand New' to be used or refurbished, but maninly used as he showed me the rust (which meant the part was not changed out originally or was replaced with a used and if it was refurbished (would not rust that short of time). I thought the 2nd mechanic was trying to scare me although the rust spoke for itself so I brought it to another mechanic to get another opinion. Very disappointing as the previous mechanic was speaking the truth about never replaced parts and other parts being replaced with used junk yard parts. I sincerely regret bring my vehichle here for the past 3 years being loyal and trusting them.

  I have been using another local shop for the past 5 years but for the last few visits there always seemed to either be an issue with the work performed (or lack of) or the price. After finally being fed up after my last visit when i decided to ask some of my coworkers who they use and more than one recommended the guys at Maximum. So I've used them about 4 times now for my families cars and we couldn't be happier!. They 2 guys who run it (forgot their names but i know they're brothers) are great! They are both very knowledgeable and accommodating. They gave me a good price (i checked) and even delivered the car to my home for free. Its so refreshing to have nice service in the auto field. I guess I just got used to the other guy and assumed all auto shops were like that. Its nice that i can feel comfortable having my wife bring the car in and not get ripped off. Thanks!, Frank
