  Prices are good, service - NOT sure. If you find anything online, call them and confirm about your product. They may not have it when you go there. Can anyone please fix the front door. It slams and makes loud sound.Ups had a tire delivery. They just dropped the tires in the showroom while other customers were waiting. This place used to better than this.

  The worst place you can go for service. I went there to get an alignment. Guy tells me I need tie rods. I get tie rods done and he keeps my car all day and doesn’t do the alignment. Asks me to come back, I come back the next week with tires I need installed. They asked me to leave the truck, I do. I pick it up at 4:30 and the tires were on by be alignment wasn’t done because the alignment machine broke. Asks me to come back, I come back a few days later and they do the alignment, I drive it home and realize my steering wheel is still crooked. Next morning go to drive my truck and I have a flat, I go to change to the spare and 4 out of 6 of my STUDS WERE STRIPPED on my driver side tire. I check the other 4 tires and found 7 more stripped studs. This took me hours to fix not to mention I had a screw in my tire ( who knows where that came from) I called Mavis and the manager never returned my calls. I even tipped the tech who worked on my car.. 4 days later my steering rack went out, coincidence?! They really screwed me and I will tell everyone to stay away!!!

  Went in for state inspection on my 16yr old Benz. They told me my car has tint. So they had to check it. My car doesn't have tint. You could obviously see it. Judging by what they saw. They have no common sense. So they actually used a gauge and said I barely pass. But I walked away .I don't trust them.

  Took my car to get new wheels balanced, first it took them over two hours just to get the car in the garage and they kept taking people before me even though I came in first. The employees in the garage all look like they’re just standing about not really working. But the worst is when I finally go to leave and the wheel balance is so much worse than it was when I came in that I can’t even take the car above 40 without it feeling like the wheel is about to fall off. I basically paid money to have my car messed up.

  If you call for a price make sure you get a name so that when you go into the shop they have to honor it. You're speaking to a call center who has nothing to do with the location so the price will be different. I just found it very disorganized. I purchased for tires and I was quoted two different prices for an alignment. One rep told me they charge to check the alignment and then the other rep said they didn't then when it came time to do the alignment the price went from $60.00 to 129.00. I was also upset because they broke my key, lost the battery inside and lost a cap on my car they removed to do the alignment. When I called and spoke to a manager he said he would look into it and get back to me. It has been a week and I have heard nothing back. I thought I would save a few bucks by not going to the dealer but I paid the price in aggravation and fixing the items they broke. I gave him two stars because the guys at the front counter were nice and honored the prices, unfortunately I will not go back.
