::I have been a happy costumer for more than 10 years, since it was still STS.

::Even one star is too much. I was there for alignment. They are not friendly. They did my car worst.

::Came here to change a tire on my car that was damaged by winter roads. I wasn't please with level of service I was given, because it seemed like he didn't care about my recommendation. My recommendation was to look at my Mavis repair history and to use the same tire as I did last time I needed to replace flat tire, he said sure, then he said "I will put Mavis's own tire on there it will be good" not sure what that meant, when I was given the bill it was much higher than I remembered paying the last time, but I did not have the bill from before in front of me, I went home and eventually found out how much I paid, I called and told him, he just changed the price but kept the tire he wanted to on the car, not sure why he did not listen to me in the first place.

::Went in to switch my summer set of tires with winter ones. Price was fair and they reduced it when I paid in cash. The work was done well but I was not able to come before they closed to pick up the car. Told the guys there to leave my car outside locked and I'll come late in the house to pick it up. I show up at 10-11pm only to find the car not in the lot and cops eventually came in to check and see who the random guy was walking around the Mavis premise looking for his car. I never received any further notice from Mavis on what happened with the car and couldn't reach anyone since the store is closed. I show up back to this Mavis before they opened (8am) the next morning to see if someone who worked there took it. And yes it was taken by someone. I confronted the man and he said the battery was dead and he noticed it when he was closing up. Someone left the car light on or something. So his solution was to go and take it for a drive in the Palisades and then go home with it. I was furious in my head but I just stayed calm. I even asked why there was no communication about it and did not get a clear answer and was given an offer for a free oil change next time? Next time? Why would anyone show up to this place if they don't communicate properly about what happened and then take your car? Even with all this said I do believe there was some truth to the story of what happened. They did mess up by killing my car battery. But they should've told me about it through the phone as tell me what solutions they got. I promise you I wouldn't have allowed them to take my car to their home. I am in the forgiving mood so I'll go back there again but will be keeping my eyes on what's happening with my car there when I'm there. The person who I worked with and the person who did the work was great. No issues there. The manager called me to apologize for the matter and said he'll make sure something like this won't happen again at his place. They seem to come forth as genuine so I'll forgive and move on.

::It saddens me to give this review because I usually get good serve from this Mavis, but the service member Pepe was dismissive and a pushy with another customer. He took a phone call in the middle of my sentence and was in full flirt mode with the person on the phone which was another Mavis worker because he said that she was making him hot and had to look her up in the worker directory all while I was still waiting to explain my issue with my tire. I don't think that ill be revisiting thugs Mavis.
