  I have a big problem with this establishment. I bought four new tire and was charged a balancing fee. This is a station car and I had not driving on any highways or over fifty miles per hour since having the new tire put on. Then a circumstance arose and I had to drive the can upstate on the New York Thruway. When I went over sixty miles per hour the car started to vibrate, you could visually see my hands shaking on the steering wheel. When I returned home I went to my mechanic to find out what was wrong with the car. Turns out the tires were never balanced and that was the cause of the vibration. I went back to were I bought the tires and showed the (manger) the receipt I received when I bought the tires and the receipt from my mechanic. He simply said there was nothing he could do and that my mechanic was lying. I will never buy tire from them again. The worst customers service ever.

  Great spot to get a quick oil change done. called ahead dropped my car off let me know a precise time frame to pick up my car. Store manager helped me was very informative asked him to look at my breaks gave me an honest answer said they were low but still have some life on them didn't try and sell me something i didn't need. Synthetic oil change was very affordable $60 for a full synthetic oil change for my truck was very happy with their service A+

  Long time customer. Fast prof service. Wide range of tires avail. Had my tires, 2 mounted in 20 min. No hassle. Prices competitive. Past experience - they honor warranty repair every time.

  I've already called and expressed my frustrations with the Mavis service team. And they haven't gave me a call back since November(its March 31st now). I was excited to come in to the new tire shop down the road from my home to buy snow tires on my vehicle that came with summer tires. I called to order the tires and I bought the better preforming tires in this list they had. I come in the next day to have them installed rotated and aligned(also bought the warranty) . My total perchance was $1200. After they started and told me a promise time of 2 hours, it took them 4 hours to get it done. I wasn't angry about the time even thought I was late for work, but when I drove the car to work I notice when I drove over small bumps that the tires would scrape in inside of my wheel well. If I drove up my drive way, it would scrape. I also notice my car would drive off to the right as though my alignment was off. And it was. I brought it back to the shop to see what they could do. And after aligning it after 4 tries, it still was off. Mind you my car was a new 2016 off the lot with no previous issues. I asked if I could exchange them and they told me to call a number, they don't do returns or exchanges. I called the number and was promised a call back multiple times to hear no solution to my issues. I'm out $1200 and frustrated beyond belief. Please stay away from this untrained unprofessional team. Give give service a bad name. As a local I was really hoping for the best out of a new business on the block. This was a disgrace.
