  I made an appointment to install 4 tires at 4pm. On the phone, the guy said it would only take an hour and a half at most to install. I waited close to an hour before they told me they wouldn't get to it until the next day. Tried again and made an appointment at 11 am and left the car asking them to give me a call. Called them back when I'd not gotten a call still at 3:30, where they said they'd be ready by 5pm. Got a call at 4:20 saying they were almost done but they recommended a wheel alignment, which would take 20 mins more and I should come at 5:20 to pick up. I agreed and came at 5:30 thinking it would be ready. It wasn't and had to wait 40 more minutes. What's the point of making an appointment for something they say only takes an hour if it ends up taking 6? Also, why have someone come in and wait 40 minutes when they ask you what time they can pick up?

  Wish I could give them ZERO stars. DO NOT take your care to this place. I should've read the Yelp reviews first. Lesson learned. DON'T take your car there. Bunch of scam artists and terrible customer service. I made an appointment here because if you paid with their credit card you got $100 off your purchase of 4 new tires. I called them the day before to make sure the tires I wanted were in stock. They said yes. When my daughter showed up for the appointment they tried to sell her different tires stating the ones I wanted were not in stock. WHAT?! So I made another appointment for two days later to get the tires I wanted. Showed up, they changed the tires then proceeded to tell me the Mavis credit card I had was not good for the extra discount. WHAT?! It's their credit card. Never again will I go back and I warn you all to stay away.

  Classic bait and switch. They demand unnecessary "fixes" and prey on people that don't know much about cars. Sad. Had to give one star, because that's the minimum.

  Be cautious. You will go there for perhaps one job but the shop will rip you off in doing multiple jobs that you don't even need. I went for a tire replacement but ended up paying for total brakes replacement (rotors and calipers) on all four wheels. They will make you sound like it is an absolute emergency but turns out, I did not really needed it in the first place.

  My car’s alignment was majorly off, due to potholes & hitting a curb, and I did not feel safe driving my car at all. I brought it in at 4:30, when they were busy. I was told it would take 40 minutes but a car they were already working on wound up taking longer. They took off all of my tires, and spent time figuring out what happened with my alignment. They eventually had to manually fixed the alignment by measuring out the distance! They were truthful with what I needed and that I may need to go get it checked somewhere else if the problem persists. They did not try and sell me on other services, but made sure I knew their recommendations! I’d go back to them, for sure.
