  This one (Mavis Location) is great. Did the job in record time. I was treated like a regular customer even though it was my first visit to this location. (Definitely a much better experience than the other location I went to last time) I will come back here for all my tire needs (even though I basically have to drive past another one to get here)

  My son went in to buy tires and they sold him the most expensive Tire with the best warranty. Within 6 months one of their front tires starting to bubble on the sidewall. He brought it back in because they're still under warranty and they said they would replace the tire. Within minutes of taking the car in to repair the tire they tried taking advantage of him again. They told him he needed to have a front alignment and all the tires rotated which would be another $250. The tires had just been rotated and they did they alignment within 6 months. I told him he didn't need that to have him just replace the tire. Of course they couldn't just let him go with a replacement of a tire they had to charge me another $30 for balancing and whatever else for that new tire. I decided to call the manager and the manager pretty much blew me off with an oh well. I don't know anyone who goes here without getting overcharged or they find numerous things wrong with your vehicle and overcharge you! I personally will never bring any of my cars here ever again!

  Horrible customer service. Call to make an appointment for tires. Was told they'd be there by 10am so I made appointment for 11 am. 15 minutes after making appointment, received call saying they'd call when the tires arrived. Waited till 11:45 am still no call so I called them. Still no tires. Then waited till 2:15 pm to call. Finally tires were in. Drove down, got there before 3. Wait till 4 car still in same spot. Ask manager when my car would be done said by 6. I said that's unacceptable being I had an 11 am appointment. At that time I said just get my keys I'll be going elsewhere. Then he said he'd get it in now. I said no thanks. Getting tires tomorrow, same tires for lesser price with much better service and it's not at Mavis.....

  Mavis did a good job installing my tires but their customer service could be a lot better. They initially told me it would be two hours before they can install my tires but they took 4 hours. There were a few others who were there for 6 hours. It is winter tire changing season and everyone is extremely busy. I would not have been surprised if they were booked for 6 hours. I did not like that they were not upfront about requiring 4 hours.
