  Rude non helpful staff. I need a plug was told 2 hours. Went up the block to a mechanic guy installed plug and sent mzr on my way in less than 5 min. Stay away this place sucks

  The first time I went there I felt like I could trust these guys and the service was great. Today was the second time and I felt the complete opposite. Scheduled a drop off which is supposed to take roughly 3 hours. 6 hours later they had not called to update me so I called and the car had "just gone in". Almost 8 hours later--still no update, so I called again and they gave me a long list of problems including several that should have been covered under warranty. Didn't feel like I could trust what they were saying, nor did they respect my time.

  First time there today, very satisfied. Guy who helped me was a very nice person. If there is any more issues with my car (hope not..) in the future, I will definitely go back!!

  The folks at Mavis in St. James are the best! I'm confident when I bring my car or my family's cars into Mavis that the job will be done. Steve is so eager to get the job done quick and at a reasonable price and Erik is so personable and always reassuring that "he'll take care of it". And Erik has the nicest smile even in the wee early morning hours before he has his coffee! It's such a pleasure working with Steve and Erik at Mavis.
