  Had one bad experience prior, but tried to give this Mavis the benefit of the doubt. However, it’s EXTREMELY unfortunate how they treat their customers. Scheduled an appointment for this afternoon which I called in advance to confirm. Showed up to the appointment on time & was ignored for the first several minutes by the man behind the counter. When he finally acknowledged me and I explained I was there for my oil change, he scoffed, “you and everyone else.” He then continued to be extremely abrasive, to the point where I no longer wanted to give this Mavis my business and asked for my keys. I won’t be returning and I’d advise everyone else to take their business elsewhere!

  The Mavis in Eastchester NY is a ....JOKE. I had a simple tire repair which they said would be done in 2 hours. After almost 3 hours, they hadn't even gotten to the car. If you want to experience an organization with the "we don't care" attitude this is the place. Inflated prices and pathetic customer service. A JOKE

  There is nothing good I can write about this company. This particular location is managed by world class con artists . My wife purchased 4 new tires there 6 months ago and spent almost $900 . One tire popped on a pothole so we assumed we had a warranty. The told us no, you want a new tire you have to pay for it. We called Michelin they told us of course we have a warranty. SIX years. Michelin gave us a case number and called Mavis eastchester. They denied they had even received a call. We had to call Michelin right there at Mavis to have those con-men acknowledge they could do something for us. Mavis would only agree to a 45% discount with Michelin even though Michelin had told us that a larger percentage would be covered. In hind sight I now realize i left money on the table and should have pushed Michelin to have Mavis do more. Mavis would not do anything for us because we did not buy the Mavis insurance. It feels like a big F You from them for not buying their insurance which is not needed if Michelin covers you. This is also not the first time i had an issue with Mavis. I had a issue with another location a few years ago. I will never shop at Mavis every.

  In December of 2017 I brought my car to Mavis Tire in Eastchester to have snow tires put on my brand new Mercedes Benz convertible. The service was horrible, what was suppose to take 1 hour took 2 days, and best of all they damaged/bent the rim on my new car. This winter has been a complete nightmare. I’ve had to purchase a new rim for a 3 month old car, costing me over $1000. I will never use Mavis Tire again. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I’m beyond disgusted. They took a brand new car & virtually destroyed it!!!
