  Very polite staff well knowledged in Auto Repair. The expected time for the total repairs done to my vehicle.   This place sucks. Won't be back and don't bother making an appointment, it won't do anything to help you get out of there before hours pass by and they tell you they haven't even looked at your car yet. When I called in to check on progress after an extra hour on top of what they told me, I was informed they didn't even have my car there. Poor management.

  I got to say these guys have been awesome to deal with. Professional staff that very patiently discuss their findings & don't pressure you into getting unnecessary work/labor. Very happy with their service.

  DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for an oil change and the guy tried to pressure me into getting my brakes, rotors, and pads fixed. I'm always weary of mechanics especially when it's just me, a woman, alone with the kid she nannies who the mechanics surely thought was my son. The mechanic was very aggressive about it and made it seem as our safety would be at risk if we even drove away from the lot that day. I was due for an inspection anyway (i only went here out of convenience since it's near my job) so i took it to a second place and then my usual mechanic just to make sure to get two more opinions. Sure enough, they all said there was nothing wrong at all and I passed NY state inspection. It's been 3 weeks and I've had it checked again just to make sure since when I called and spoke to Paul at Mavis, who is the manager there, after hanging up on me the first time I called, refused to apologize and made no effort to try and alleviate my concerns and said "it must be true" if one of them said it. He only spoke to me the second time I called because I threatened to show up there since I was local. And it was pointless because he refused to acknowledge that one of his workers literally lied to my face over and over again. Paul is extremely unprofessional and ill equipped to be a manager, I say this as a customer service manager myself. There is no excuse at this point - clearly there was nothing wrong with my brakes, pads, or rotors and they simply saw an opportunity to make money. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I had to choose 1 star to post this but i would have chosen 0.
