  Great guys at the counter. Follow through needs improvement. Made appt. to bring my jeep in at 9am for new tires, inspection and wheel alignment. Turns out I needed more, of course I do...so got the call I need new seals on front axle and new shocks. Quoted a price over the phone. Approved it. I called at 3pm to see when I can pick it up got the run around, but they will call me in 1 hour and provide update. No call. So I called back and got the news your jeep is not ready. So now i have toscramble and borrow a car to get home from work. Good thing i have resources. So the next day comes and i call them at 930 and I get - the jeep will be ready by 1pm. Well its 3pm and I finally get the call we dont have the right part and can't get the right part to install the front axle seals but everything else is good. So I go pick it up. They give me some discounts towards the bill to ease the pain. I leave, I look around the bottom of the car find a bungy cord hanging in my wheel well. I drive away. As I drive 15 miles away I look at the inspection sticker. Guess what... inspection was never performed, but i was charged. Bottom line....they should stick to tires. I hate that I have to write this I would rather be writing a glowing review. Service is lost everywhere you go.. I spent $1200 on tires. The least they should do is clean the rim, make the customer smile when they see the investment they just made. Also I have a greasy hand print on my car that was not there when I brought it in... do what you do well and pay attention to the details Mavis. That's what loyal customers like myself want.

  Got here at 5:15 with my two kids in the car. Already have my tires mounted and balanced. Just needed them put on the car and they said they didn’t have time. Thanks for the exceptional service.

  This place is ok with prices but the mechanics need to learn not to leave paw prints all over your car and today as I pulled away my oil fill cap went rolling out into traffic as they forgot to install it makes me very nervous to let them do any more work to my vehicle
