::They are very nice here, but you can't really trust their recommendations. My car had a very bad shimmy in the steering wheel. They diagnosed it as being about $800 worth of work. I mentioned another problem and they said they didn't do that kind of work so I should get it checked somewhere else. I'm glad I did, because all that the car needed was new brakes for $280. (And yes, they do brakes, but didn't know that that was all that was needed to fix it, or they were just trying to fleece me.)

::Front desk guy Dayson is the only person at this location who cares about the customers, everyone else is dragging feet and taking their sweet time. They took 2.5 hours to start my inspection. No one wanted to do it, so everytime one of their people went over to the pending job files they would put mine at the back of the line, even though it's supposed to be first come first served. Watched a guy in a Bentley roll up and get told about the now two hour wait, and then he whispered something, and they did a half ass inspection there and then on the spot and he got to leave with his sticker 15 minutes later. Finally, they pull my car in, and let it sit for 37 minutes before touching it. So it's been over three hours at this point. They tell me I needed new rotors and breaks in the back, ok cool, I agree, and ask how long it would take, thth I would just do the breaks if they didn't have the rotors in stock. They said they had everything, only 35 more minutes. They lied, they don't have the rotors in stock, it's now been another hour and they can't finish my car. I've been here for just about four hours for what should have been a simple 15-20 minute inspection. I finally get to leave now, after a full 4.5 hours on the dot. I was given a 10% discount for my trouble. I'd rather have my Sunday morning back.

::These guys are awesome. Wife had a Carpenters lug in her tire on a Saturday night. These guys were open on Sunday AND had the right tire in stock. Professional.

::If I could give 0 stars I would. I came into Mavis on 3/3/18 after unfortunately getting a flat tire. I got there early to be the first one in with hopes of being the first one out and this not impacting my day. Little did I know, they would damage my car AND leave spare parts on the floor in the drivers side, and not accept the responsibility for it. I left without a resolution, although I did not feel comfortable doing that. They proceeded to help me in getting a copy of the video, where to me is it clear they caused the damage. Over 1 week later and they are still denying it. I have worked with the regional manager, who was not very reliable at calling me back and who never took the time to see the damage in person or watch the video with my in person. Because of his horrible customer service, I escalated and got corporate customer service involved and all they did was go back to him. I am still not happy with the response. It is basically my word against theirs and they refuse to make good on their "commitment to deliver the best possible customer service" as they have mentioned as responses to other negative reviews. Looking for a way to keep escalating this up the chain, and to make sure that this Mavis gets shut down for poor quality of work.
