  Great prices. Fair estimates unlike that “other” tire place that recommends unnecessary repairs.

  Called made an appointment around 2pm to have all my tires replaced. The person on the phone had no issue with that same day replacement. When I get to the shop bald guy at the desk laughed at me and said, “Ha, no way we can do that today haha”. “Call center must have told you that”... I didn’t speak to a call center.. lazy employees and most likely that poor coustomer service shows in their work.

  Decent prices, a bit of a wait and different price than what they said over the phone. Overall not terrible

  DO NOT go here! I called at about 12noon and asked if I could bring my car in for an inspection around 3pm, they said sure and took my info. I arrived about 2:45pm and they said it would be a 1.5hr wait claiming they were busy. Fine... a little annoying since I called ahead but no big deal. Then at 4:10pm they come out to let me know the machine is broken and has been FOR 3 HOURS so I couldn't get my inspection. Ugh horrible customer service! They should have been upfront when I called at noon or called me if it broke after or let me know the real delay when I first came in. They had many better options but apparently my time isn't valuable. Honesty would have kept them a customer.

  Don't waste your time and money. I made an appointment 2 days prior for tires and an inspection. I was told to drop it off at 11AM the day of my appointment. Dropped the car off at 11AM and got a call around 2pm saying my tires they had ordered never showed up. They picked up my tires hours later, put them on and i received a call stating my car would not pass due to my rear rotors. Rotors were fine, simply some surface rust on the outside from not making full pad contact. They wouldn't pass me unless they sold me the rotors. I said no, got a call to pick up my car 15 minutes before closing only to get home and realize 2 out four directional tires were installed backwards. Had to bring my car back the next day to have them remounted and balanced. Next time it's Tire Rack.
