  In the process of restoring a 95 T-bird, cost can add up quickly and can be extremely frustrating at times. I needed new tires on the Bird so I took it to Mavis in Haverstraw. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Jed in the parking lot. We talked about the car and told him some of the Bird history of sitting for 15 years. Jed was amazing on making sure we picked out the best tires at the best price for my budget. Jed walked my though everything including suggestions on what else I should have done to the car. I can't recall the name of the tech that worked on the car but he was amazing and super helpful as well. This Mavis location is amazing and I will definitely be returning for tires and need that my other 2 vehicles may need. Thank you Mavis!!!

  Came here for tires change they said one hour it took 3 Hours and 20 mins one employee working and five talking the owner should see into it check your cámaras !!!!!!! Don’t like to do this because I’m and owner too but this is ridicules

  Made an appointment for 9:00 AM for a simple oil change. To my surprise, I was told that it woipukd take about an hour. One hour after they had not even started. Explanation is that they were working on cars from the previous day. Wonder what kind of system they have that allows to book time slots that are not available Not coming back

  Friendly mechanics and good advice. No pressure to upset other than value for the dollar. What's best is that I feel like I could send my wife here without a mechanic misleading her, which says a lot.
