This was my first time renting from Maven and it turned out to be a nightmare. Getting the car was easy, the parking lot is only 3 blocks away from my apartment here in San Francisco. Getting in the car was great, clean, doesn't smell like marijuana and a loaded car with technology features. Alright, all seems great. Start the car and look at the gas tank, I swear is said full but the dial was turned on F because I just started the car as all the dials go to the right when you start up the vehicle. Moving on, I make my way to get on the freeway to the Bay Bridge and the fuel light comes on. No, its not warning me that my tank is almost empty its warning me I am on E (EMPTY). My first thought, why are these cars sitting in a parking lot with the gas tank on E. The least they could do is put a quarter in so future customers don't have to freak out to try and find a gas station. It took me almost 40 minutes to find a gas station, call Maven to figure out how to fuel the gas with their credit card. I uploaded the picture where it tells me I have to call them. REALLY! I am on E, sitting at a gas pump with 4 people behind me waiting to fuel as well and I have to call you to get the pin to fuel the car!!! When in the first place this car should have had at least quarter of tank of gas for me to safely get to a gas station. Customer service only gave me a 1 hour credit to go through all this nonsense. I will never use them again for rental company. I am a first impression kind of guy, moving on without you Maven, BYE!
